The Rev. Willie Mack Greene was born in Garysburg North Carolina. Raised by GOD fearing parents on the farm lands of Northampton County.

At the tender age of (12) Rev.Greene joined the Roanoke Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Jackson North Carolina. With his parents encouragement he graduated in 1960 from Gumberry High School. Later received his Theology degree from Shaw Divinity School.

Rev. Greene met and married the woman he wanted to share his life with,  Maxine Magee. Together they had two wonderful children, Angela and Angelo. Three loving grand children, Angelo jr., Anthony and Ashleigh. Two great - grand children, Lyla and Lana Greene.

Licensed to preach in 1978, and ordained in 1980. His journey leads him on from a retired Drivers education teacher of Halifax County School system to serve on the Board of Health for Northampton County. He served seven years as Recording Secretary of Neuse River Baptist Association, served as Chairman - Personnel Board of General Baptist State Convention, served as Chairman - Rural Health Board of Directors and now serving  as Corresponding Secretary of the Neuse River Baptist Association and serving as a dedicated  pastor of "St. Peters Missionary Baptist Church in Weldon North Carolina. 

With his strong belief in the Baptist  Church tradition, customs and doctrine he chose to commit himself wherever needed in order  to spread "GOD'S WORD".
